In defense of Randi, and God help me cause I can't believe Im defending her, she can't just hang with Clan Hubbard forever! He doesn't mind her being friends with Petey but he's suddenly got a problem with Scott?! GMAB!! If he don't trust her while he's away, why is he with her?!
She's getting used to being without him. He needs to back up and let her breathe!

He sees them via the web... oh! Was he in that movie with Randi... OK I'll stop now 
He sees them via the webcam... I think today is when Angie invites them, Natalia, Randi, Scott over for dinner. Jesse probably has the webcam set up and they all get to talk to Frankie.

Hey stanker! Happy birthday baby girl! Don't fret doll! Granny is looking down on you, smiling, thinking about how proud she is of her baby! Make her proud!
One thing I tell young people all the time. Just because you became an adult today doesn't mean you drop your guard. You are no longer bound by mommy and daddy which means you are now your own person. If you drink today, do it responsibly! Always have a designated driver. If you drink only one drink, that's one too many. Stay safe and have a great day. We love you and we care about our younglings! May God Bless you on this glorious day. Celebrate wisely and smartly!
