LMBO N-E-way as you would say I think we are supposed to get Baby Bear at least today. We were left hanging witih Randi supposedly getting on the plane to go back, so dont know if he is back in PV yet! So lets hope we get Mama and Pops too, Jesse sure is looking good in those suits lately! LOL Have a good one and enjoy the show!

I have a special prayer request. We had a death in the family this weekend. My children's 7 year old friend was killed in a swimming pool accident on Saturday. The family is distraught, seeing as how this was so unexpected. This was the sweetest child I had ever met, other than my children. His mother had just given birth to his sister five months ago after having several miscarriages. The little boys name is Lonell Jr. We all called him Junior.
I thought about my own kids when I heard the news. I can't even imagine what the mother must have gone thru. I kissed each and every one of my children and told them how much I loved them. The woman who had taken him to the pool party was his aunt. She's taking it the hardest because she cares for him when his mother works and they had grown very close. His parents are trying to keep everyone else's spirits up too.
Okay Im done. i need to go gather my kids back inside. There's a dang rottweiler on the loose!

If you look at ALL the pictures where Randi is standing over him, he's laying faced down. Now look at the pictures where his wife is standing over him, at first she's standing over him with the statue in her hand, he's on his belly. Second picture he's on his back and she's crouched down. She's got the statue in both hands. Third picture he's trying to get up. Where's her right hand and the statue? It's to her side near her head. Like she's about to hit him.

| KEEPING ANGIE AWAY FROM FRANKIE? | June 16, 2009 @ 8:55pm | WHAT IS UP WITH EVERYONE TRYING TO KEEP ANGIE AWAY FROM FRANKIE? IT MAKES NO SENSE. FIRST IT WAS JESSE TALKING HER OUT OF GOING TO GERMANY TWICE AND NOW TAYLOR TODAY.
JESSE HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS SON FOR ALL OF 5 MINS. AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE KNOWS WHAT BEST FOR HIM. HELLO ANGIE WAS WITH FRANKIE FOR THE LOST 20 YEARS. I LIKE JESSE AND ALL BUT THAT REALLY BOTHERED ME HOW THEY ARE TRYING TO HAVE JESSE PLAY THE FATHER KNOWS BEST ROLL.
I GUESS IN PINE VALLEY FRIENDS TOP MOTHERS. TAYLOR WAS GOING AFTER FRANKIE BECAUSE HE IS HER FRIEND. ANGIE WAS GOING AFTER FRANKIE BECAUSE THAT IS HER CHILD AND HE IS IN PAIN. IN MY WORLD, TAYLOR WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO GO AFTER FRANKIE.
I WILL GET OFF MY MOTHER SOAPBOX. WE CAN TELL THAT PRATT IS NOT A MOTHER OR THOSE SCENES WOULD HAVE BEEN TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

And Jesse's sorry a$$ is getting on my last reserved nerve. He is all to content w/ letting everyone else talk and deal w/ HIS son. At the same time encouraging Angie to do the same. He hasn't ONE time volunteered to go be w/ or talk to his son. WHY? Guess he's had that 20 years of practice. Such BS! |

JR Martinez should be insulted at the way things are going on that show. I know I am. My father is a veteran of the Vietnam War. They aren't even dealing with any of Brot's issues. They only had the anniversary and him dealing with ONE flashback at the Cortlandt manor fire. That one show turned me against Brot Monroe. I haven't watched this show since Zach confessed to Stuart's murder until today. Today's show showed some light into how frankie's dealing with his situation. At least he ain't in the woods this time!

| hmmmm | June 16, 2009 @ 10:52pm | Not surprised by what DW is given to perform, I noticed in his interview that he cleverly stated that its the goal to just get a show in the can, NOT CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT and they have to try and do something with the character on their own time pretty much and really whatever they attempt to bring to the character as Darnell says "the characters are pretty much fleshed out when the writer puts them to the page." So whatever they (the writers) can just throw out there they run with even if it makes no freaking sense!!!!!
So once again it is clear that Pratt writes what he wants and not what is realistic (as a soap can be with this topic) or by what the characters really have given as part of their history and what fans expect; its about getting it done. That was evident in the quote posted from the ABC Soaps Mag by Pratt. Anyway, the writing sucks as usual with this situation because there is no way that as a parent I wouldn't go see my son or at least reach out to him when he returned, even though he's (Frankie) doing his best to push them all away. I would try to do that just a mother's instinct to want to care for her child even if he is grown. Which goes to show how idiotic it is because did he not have the very same ANGIE trying to get Frankie to do ANYTHING (including saying he was gay and/or trying to shoot himself) to get out of going back to Iraq? So now he's writing for her to just sit back and do nothing ? One extreme to another.. there is no balance what so ever here...so I can't even be upset by it, just praying for the RATT to go and whoever else is allowing the stupidity to continue to be walking right behind him..... Sigh
The RATT strikes again I guess....
