Are you in need of renewal?
For the Lord has driven out great and powerful nations for you, and no one has yet been able to defeat him. Each one of you will put to flight a thousand of the enemy, for the Lord your God fights for you, just as he promised. So be careful to love the Lord your God.
When strength fails and we grow weary, we need someone to come alongside us, show understanding, cheer us up, and inspire us to have the strength and commitment to move on. When bills pile up and money runs short, we need an encourager. When we become single parents and the world seems against us, we need an encourager. When friends and family turn against us, we need an encourager. Our strength and resolve weaken. Oh, for someone to come beside us and lift us up and comfort us. Encouragers help us stir renewed commitment, renewed resolve. They inspire us with courage and hope. Encouragers bring a beautiful gift, often a spiritual gift, when they bring renewal through encouragement.
Let God be your Encourager. When everyone else doubts you, or tells you you are not worthy, He will always be beside you to push you, to provoke you, to right you, to give you strength and Encourage you. I truly believe that God was with me last year. When I was going thru alot last year, loosing my house, failing a class and struggling thru school, going thru with my son's behavior issues.... I was able to make it thru those rough times because God was standing by my side, with his hand on my shoulder, saying: I am here and I will never leave you. And He fought for me. Fought every single one of my battles for me. All I had to do was believe and have faith.
I met alot of women on here who have become my Encouragers. I thank God for ALL of you. Each and everyone of you have become my encouragers. I almost gave up school. Almost. I thought I just couldn't do it. I did better than I thought because of you all and because of God's continued Encouragement. Thank you God for all these wonderful Encouragers!
