Donna: "What's unique about this show is that they have really strong women. Angie, Erica, Greenlee, Kendall -- strong women are really fascinating, and I think we can help strengthen some of the men on the show and bring in some strong men."
David: "Angie and Jesse is another couple that we were really looking forward to giving a story. They've been under-utilized for a while, and we think they are great."
Donna: "We love Tad too."
David: "And the chance to invigorate the younger generation as well."
Donna: "That's a real special thing for us because we love writing the kids. I remember when I started on AMC was the Jenny, Greg, Jesse, and Angie days. So, I want to get back to that powerful group of kids again. It's really a goal of ours within the next year."
WE SHALL SEE!!!

David: "We feel like we've got a great story for them that will test the strength of their marriage, but will ultimately bring them closer together. Angie is going to have a real challenge coming up that's going to test her abilities as a doctor and a wife. She's going to have to decide if she's going to bring Jesse along on this journey."
Donna: "We will have a surprise twist in there, but it really will put them front and center."
David: "We think it's a story that can really break your heart."

| March 19, 2010 @ 10:25pm | And here I thought Angie just pulled Jesse on a journey? But hey if it will give Debbi and Darnell more screen time, a strong and believable, story about being together and their undying love pulling them through this journey I say go for it!
But...Under one condition! As long as these writers keep their promises. They promised that they had somehting for them but they weren't going to break Angie and Jesse up. Said their love story was one of the greatest and can not be undone or rewritten.(Which is oh so true!) I'll look for that but I do remember them saying something those affects.
I wonder exactly what the challenge is...
