I hope everyone slept well last night. It is HUMP DAY...the weekend is almost here!
Hopefully we will see Hubbards today. This may be the day Jesse stops the fight between Ryan and Aidan.

I think that was the Cover in itself. He wouldn't think to look for a Black Man with a White woman.
As we found out, Papel wasn't very smart, so maybe there was the possibility that He wouldn't think to look for Jesse with a white woman.

Well he may not be all to blame. Here is what I found out through an interview w/ Erika Slezak (Viki, OLTL).
(I'm paraphrasing) - that all storyline ideas are seen and approved by Frons before the writers proceed with creating them. In other words, the writers can only create the storylines that have already been approved by the suits, in the case of our soaps, that means Frons.
So its like Ive been saying for quite a spell now....Frons needs to go. AMC can get a new HW every freakin month but as long as Frons is there, NOTHING will change. Frons is killing his shows (not just AMC) by trying to play part time writer. |

I think what middleone is saying and what I agree with is this...
Papel was out there looking for Jesse. Whether he was with a women or not, Papel could still recognize Jesse.
I do agree that is what Pratt's story is... that Papel was looking for a man on his own and not a man with a family but logically, that makes no sense if Papel was out there searching because the only thing he was looking for was a black man, x feet tall, yada, yada, yada... Jesse being alone vs having a family had very little bearing on someone recognizing him.
In fact, it could be argued that him staying in one place for the entire 20 years made it easier for Papel to find him... in all that time, it is quite believable that he slipped up somehow and he was a sitting duck. Him moving around a lot gave him a greater chance of not being found.

I get your point, but if Papel happened to quickly glance at a Black Man and White Woman together, his first thought would not have been Jesse Hubbard.
