| More Spoilers | March 25, 2009 @ 5:09pm | *Randi tries to be understanding when Frankie takes off, needing time alone to ponder his thoughts on going back to war.
*On Tues. March 31st:Taylor and Brot give Randi some insight on Frankie's mindset.
*Oblivious to the fact that Little Adam is there, and on an unauthorized play date with JR, David arrives at the Hubbard loft where he subtly offers Jesse a bribe for information on his grandson's location. Jesse shows David the door.
*David realizes his grandson is at the Hubbard's and snatches the boy from right under Natalia's nose.
*Krystal convinces David to let her take the boy back to the Hubbard’s. |

No someone at SOC posted that Pennsylvannia state authorities can place children in foster care without notifying the courts

I wasn't aware of that. I was
just thinking that if all interested
parties were in the same room together,
when the decision,by the judge,was
handed down,that David would automatic-
ally know when J/A would get custody of
Li'l A. Which is why he "blows up"
or words to that effect,according to
the spoilers. |

Jesse's supposed to get Little A before the hearing was my understanding. I think he knew what was going on that very same day he and Angie were in the hospital talking and Dumbo told Jesse to do his job and Jesse gave David that sexy smirk! I think he had plans in the works then!

He blows up at JR and Tad's testimonies.
If Im not mistaken if you aren't the birthPARENT then you have no rights to the child unless given those rights by a judge. So therefore Dipstick wants where his grandchild is and it seems like JESSE (our sexy beloved hero!) is the only one who knows where he is.

David is thrown out of the courtroom before the judge gives custody to Angie and Jesse.
That could explain why he doesn't know lil A is at the loft.

Randi tries to understand why Frankie wants to be alone in thought about going back to Iraq. Taylor and Brot make Randi see Frankie's point of view.
David finds out that little A is at the Hubbards and steals the boy. Krystal gets David to realize that the boy, for now, is better off with Angie and Jesse, so he returns little A to them.

With Little Adam in the custody of Jesse and Angie, the pair starts to secretly allow JR to visit his son. David, who is not pleased with Krystal after the custody hearing (read: he does something even more despicable), soon gets wind of Little Adam's location. The kidnapping ball is in David's court, as he takes the boy from the Hubbard abode.
Natalia makes a mistake that ticks a lot of people off.

When he gets back, Frankie tells Randi he’s going to take out a life insurance policy to make sure she’s taken care of in case something should happen to him.
