I think that if your expecting some interaction or a nod to AnJ's history w/ Liza, you'll be sadly mistaken and/or disappointed. Why? Pratt & JL did an interview w/ TV Guide.com and Jamie said she isn't even going to watch any of the past scenes of Liza. She wants to make Liza hers. So don't expect any thing of the Liza we know. This is going to be a different character created by Jamie and Pratt instead of following history.
This is another example of Pratt spitting in the face of this shows amazingly rich history. Where is Miss Agnes Nixon? Does she not have any say so in the show anymore? This talented woman and her once groundbreaking show is going to Hell in a hand basket.
Pratt is campaigning for the worst writer in daytime, IMO. I see ppl talking about his writing of Melrose Place.... I guess its not known that he wrote for that show when it was in the tank. When its ratings were at its lowest. Now AMC is stuck w/ this man all b/c Brian Frons owed him a favor. Sad. |

Jangie at last we agree. Pratt is a hack with no reverence for character history. If Frons isn't careful he will force AMC to line up behind GL in the cancelation line. JMO

 Yes.... we finally agree. Its a shame that Pratt got this job b/c ( as Brian Frons said) he was owed a favor. If he couldn't get it solely on that fact that he was a good writer than that should tell U something. |
